Fee Regulations

Prorata Fee: (applicable for registrations during academic year)

First Payment Term: (Sep-Dec)
     Full first term's fee shall be payable by all students enrolling at any time on or before First December .
     For enrolment during the month of December, 70% of the first term fee shall be payable.

Second Payment Term: (Jan-Mar)
     For enrolment during the first two months, 75% of the annual fees shall be payable.
     For enrolment in the last month of second term, 60% of the annual fees shall be payable.

Third Payment Term: (Apr-June)
     For enrolment during the first two months, 45% of the annual fees shall be payable.
     For enrolment in the last month of third term, 30% of the annual fees shall be payable.

Refund Policy
If a student withdrawn during any term and the student has attended classes during that term, their full term's fee is due and payable and if the term fee is already paid then no claim for refund shall be granted.

Discount Policy: (Not Applicable on Payments Received Directly From Companies/Organization)

  • Third Child 15% of the tuition Fee
  • Fourth Child 20% of the tuition Fee
  • Fifth Child and more 25% of the tuition Fee


Discount is applicable only on the tuition fee. Incremental discount rates are calculated for the youngest pupils of same payer.

Note:- NO discount shall be given if full fee is not paid on time as per the payment schedule. no discount if fee is reimbursed by the employer.

Re-Registration
Re-registration of student is considered as new registration if requested in deferent academic year the regulations pertaining to new registration shall be applicable.

Late Payment of Fee
Unless fees of every nature are settled before the end of academic year, the returning student shall not be allowed a place in September.

No results, reports, certificates, references or other official documentation shall be released to any student unless all school accounts have been settled..
